Led by UCLA Library staff, this 90 minute workshop will focus on writing effective prompts, evaluating A.I.’s ability to understand and summarize academic writing and explore ways to use A.I. tools to improve research strategies, while keeping issues of plagiarism, intellectual property protection and other impacts of A.I. in mind.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>Attendees are encouraged to bring their own or \u003Ca href=\"https://www.library.ucla.edu/help/services-resources/equipment-lending/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">borrow a CLICC laptop or Chromebook\u003C/a> to follow along with workshop activities.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>This workshop will be offered in person in the Charles E.
