About Performance+

Performance+ is accessible via a web browser from any computer with an internet connection and connected to the UCLA VPN. Valid UCLA Single Sign-on (SSO) credentials(opens in a new tab) and MFA authentication are required.

Access the Performance+ Virtual Desktop

Access the virtual desktop via http://uclalibrary.apporto.com/(opens in a new tab).

Connection and login:

  • ON Campus → Connect to eduroam WiFi
  • OFF Campus → Connect to any Wi-Fi and connect to the UCLA VPN (required)
  • UCLA Logon Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials & MFA duo authentication are required to log in

Follow the steps below:

  1. Once logged in, click "Launch"
  2. A new tab will open. It may take a couple of minutes to load on the first launch. Select "Allow"
  3. Once loaded, the Windows desktop will show and be ready to use

Open/Save Files From/To Your Device on Performance+

Easily open local files from your personal device on the virtual desktop and save files from the virtual desktop to your device.

  • Click the "File upload" button to upload a local file from your personal computer. Your computer's File or Finder window to select from your files will open.
  • Click the "File download" button to download (save) a file from the virtual desktop to your personal computer. A pop-up will open, allowing you to choose a file from the virtual desktop. Select the file(s) and select "Download."

Contact CLICC

You can contact us via the CLICC Services Portal(opens in a new tab) to submit an inquiry, report issues or request that software be added.

If the virtual desktop is not sufficient for your coursework or instruction, you may request a CLICC Windows HP Laptop(opens in a new tab) for up to one quarter at a time. The form provides information and supporting documentation required for review and approval.
